Indian pest services (IPS) is one of integrated pest management company, and incorporated in 2016.It is a young company started by the professionals who are having more than 20 year experience in Agriculture pest control, HACCP in Food industry and urban pest control and we have well experienced technicians trained by an Entomologist.

IPM is approach which involves Inspection, Identification, and Establishment of threshold level, Control measures & an audit to check on the progress of treatment. In other words, this 4Dā€™s ā€“ Deny Entry, Deny Shelter, Deny Food and Destroy. We adopt 3P Approach in our service process, Passion, Partnership and Performance.

Quality Management

  • Creating and maintaining safe practices for material handling and usage of pesticides
  • Implementing the safety action plan to meet the safety goals and objectives as per HSE rules.
  • Conducting External Audit, Food Safety & HACCP Audits to ensure compliance with the international standards of Quality and Health, Safety & Environment.

Team Management

  • Incorporating bonded teamwork and managing healthy environment.
  • Organising practical and theoretical training for smooth delivery of the pest management service.
  • Conducting training sessions for the Operations team for smooth flow of operations.

Business Management

  • Managing operational business aspects like inventories, support Manpower deployment
  • Handling relationships with business partners for joint marketing programs & go to market strategies.
